DIVORCE CARE –  August 16, 6:30-8pm, Portable #3

If you have suffered through or are going through the trauma of divorce, consider joining us for Divorce Care. In this 13-week class you’ll learn about anger, grief, depression, loneliness, financial and legal issues and much more. You’ll also be in the company of others who are walking this painful journey – you are not alone. Space is limited and the Cost is $30 for materials.
WEDNESDAY NIGHT DINNER 

DINNER, 6-7pm, Fellowship Hall – Dinner tickets are available each Thursday through Tuesday noon for the following Wednesday night. Tickets MUST BE PURCHASED IN ADVANCE by clicking on the link, and are limited to the first 100 sold.
AMERICAN HERITAGE GIRLS INFORMATION MEETING – Tuesday, August 16, 6-8pm, Rick’s Pizza
Looking for faith, service and fun for your daughter? Then American Heritage Girls may be what you’re seeking. They are a non-profit organization that helps girls grow in their faith, citizenship, emotional and life skills. Troops participate in Badge work, service projects, leadership opportunities, social and outdoor experiences that are unique to a female audience (ages 5 -18 years) all with an emphasis on Christian values and family involvement. NEW MOPS YEAR BEGINS - Thursday, August 18, 10am-12pm, Church Playground
Moms, bring your kiddos for some fun water play as we kick off our new  year. This is a great place to come and meet other moms with preschool children (MOPS) and moms of school-age children (MOMSNEXT).
The  groups meet every 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month beginning September 1st, from 9-11am in the Fellowship Hall.

JAM 56 SWIM PARTY - Friday, August 19, 6-8pm, Meehan Home

For all 5th and 6th grade students, a fun evening of cooling off in the pool! Parents, bring a snack for your student to share and let us know that they will be coming by clicking on the RSVP link below. We would love them to bring a friend along too!

FAITH RIDERS – Saturday, August 20, 9:30am, Church Parking Lot

Calling all motorcycle riders, plan to join us for a ride through the three lakes and on to Valley Springs for lunch. If you can, meet up with us for a pre-ride breakfast at Richmaid on Cherokee Lane at 7:45am. Then we’ll meet up with others at the church. Kickstands up for a 9:30am departure.

THE BASICS WOMEN’S BIBLE STUDY – Wednesdays beginning August 31, 9-10:30am, Room 224
Ladies, need some “basic” answers about some of the characteristics of God? Always wondered and wanted to ask the question? Here is your opportunity. In this 7-week study we will dive deeper into God’s characteristics of love, forgiveness, perseverance, and how we can live them out daily in our own lives. SHE MATTERS CONFERENCE – August 26-27, Hope Point Church
Yuba City


This women's (18 and up) Friday evening 5-8pm, and girls (6th-12th grade) Saturday 9am-3pm. There will be worship and guest speakers that will inspire. For the teen conference on Saturday, Faith's former Youth Pastor, Tara Phillips, will be the guest speaker.

MEN’S NIGHT OUT BBQ – Saturday, August 27, 6-8pm, Courtyard Patio

Men of all ages, join us for a delicious BBQ dinner, great games, and a fun time of just hanging out! Fathers, bring your sons, invite a friend or neighbor.

ROCKIN’ROYAL CHRISTMAS KIDS AUDITION – Wednesdays, August 24 & 31, 6-8pm, Portable #4

Parents, do you have a 4th -6th grader who is interested in acting in the children’s Christmas play? If so, plan to have them audition on either Wednesday, August 24th or 31st, from 6-8pm in Portable #4.
