SCHOOL OF THE BIBLE & MINISTRY
Faith Community School of the Bible & Ministry is an extension of Faith Community Church of the Nazarene. It is the fulfillment of a dream by the pastors, Scott Hubbard and Chris Chavez, to prepare men & women for more effective ministry through a deeper understanding of the Word of God along with the theological and practical tools needed to minister in the 21st Century. The director, Dan Hopkins, developed a School of Ministry for pastors in the northern part of the Central California District of the Church of the Nazarene and then established a satellite campus of Caribbean Nazarene College on the island of Dominica. Dan has extensive experience teaching pastors and laymen the courses offered in this catalogue. In addition, Dan Hopkins has been recently certified as a John Maxwell trainer and member of the John Maxwell Group.

THE BOOK OF HEBREWS
TUESDAYS beginning January 9 | 6:30-8:45pm | Portable #4
The class will study the major theological themes of Hebrews with special attention to the Old Testament references and their connection to the ministry and role of Jesus Christ in the life of His followers.
PSALMS & WISDOM LITERATURE
THURSDAYS beginning January 11 | 6:30-8:45pm | Portable #4
This class will focus on Job, Psalms, Proverbs, Ecclesiastes and Song of Solomon with a special emphasis on the theological themes and historical and cultural background of each book.
